Testimonials

“A few weeks ago, in glorious conditions on a Sunday morning my knee managed 16 miles without complaint and I was able to complete my running leg of the Arch2Arc Relay Triathlon event from London to Paris.

Thanks to the help and advice from Claire Robertson, Consultant Physiotherapist and Knee Specialist, it not only managed 16 miles, but at quite some pace at just over 2hrs; and I also managed 3 hours in the channel and 100km on the bike into Paris.

Back in February when I first came in, I remember feeling truly daunted at the idea of such a lengthy time off running and the event day felt a world away so thank you so much for all your help.

I will as ever, continue to work on the strength and stability work that has got me this far.”
